Teknik Internalisasi Sebuah Attitude



Jika Anda menemukan sebuah kalimat motivasi yang sangat berkesan dan
dirasa penting untuk menjadi bagian dari sikap hidup Anda, gunakan
teknik internalisasi ke pikiran bawah sadar Anda dengan cara berikut:

1. Segera sediakan waktu untuk membaca kalimat tersebut secara perlahan
(boleh dalam hati) berulang-ulang minimal 50 kali (boleh sekaligus atau
diulang terus dalam satu periode waktu).

2. Ketik kalimat tsb pd Screen Saver komputer Anda atau print dalam
format yang indah dan tempelkan kalimat ini di depan meja kerja atau
dimana saja yang memungkinkan Anda melihatnya terus menerus.

3. Setelah kalimat ini meresap ke dalam batin Anda, ganti lagi dengan
kalimat-kalimat motivasi diri lainnya.

4. Bagikan kalimat motivasi yang sudah menjadi sikap hidup Anda ini ke
orang lain, siapa saja. Bisa melalui email, print ke bentuk kartu atau
apa saja.

Secara perlahan dan pasti, Anda akan merasakan perubahan sikap positip
dalam diri Anda.

WALK WHICH PATHWAY?

Langkah kita ke masa depan, perolehan kita di masa mendatang, terjadi secara bawah sadar.

Bagi yang mencoba untuk menyadari, seolah tahu akan menuju ke sebuah titik yang sudah diketahui sebagai perhentian.

Bagi yang mencoba untuk tidak memikirkan dan berkata pada diri sendiri untuk 'just follow the flow", tetap saja tahu menuju sebuah titik yang mempunyai pola yang sudah diketahui sebelumnya.

Entah mencoba menyembunyikan ketakutan akan kenyataan yang akan dihadapi, atau sekedar mencoba menghibur diri, kita hanya bisa berpura-pura tidak ingin memikirkan titik tersebut.

Tetapi, secara bawah sadar, kita terus melangkah ke titik tersebut. Tanpa perlawanan, tanpa intervensi. Kita semua tahu akan tiba di sana, cepat atau lambat!



Itu mungkin kabar buruknya, yangmana seolah kita semua punya sebuah jalan setapak yang harus kita lalui dalam hidup.

Kita semua seolah secara bawah sadar mempunyai system berpikir dan bersikap yang sudah terprogram dan mengikuti blue print yang sudah ada dalam diri kita.

Seolah-olah semuanya sudah tidak bisa kita hindari! PostSmile!



Kabar baiknya, persepsi kita adalah persepsi kita!

Semua yang kita lihat, dengar, dan rasakan, adalah persepsi kita.

Semua informasi yang masuk dan kita terjemahkan melalui kelima indera kita, proses filter informasi ini di pikiran kita, values dan beliefs kita, pengalaman kita, preferensi pribadi kita, semuanyalah yang membentuk perpepsi ini! Semuanyalah yang membentuk model dunia yang kita hidupi. Semuanyalah yang membuat program dan blue print tersebut!

Kita berpikir dan bersikap menurut model dunia kita!

Yang berarti bahwa kita punya peran dan control untuk merubah program dan blue print-nya!

Yang berarti bahwa jalan setapak yang sekarang sedang kita tempuh ternyata BUKAN SATU-SATUNYA JALAN!

Kita bisa membentuk jalan setapak baru menuju titik yang berbeda!

Kita hanya belum bisa melihatnya dan butuh inspirasi untuk bisa menemukannya!



Setiap kali kita menemukan sebuah inspirasi baru, ada modifikasi di program atau blueprint kita. Yang berarti ada perubahan secara bawah sadar.

Semakin besar pengaruh inspirasi, semakin besar pula modifikasinya.

Robert Dilts mengungkapkan pengaruh ini dalam 6 tingkatan neurological level, dari tingkat spiritual, identitas diri, beliefs, kemampuan, perilaku, sampai tingkat lingkungan.

Semakin tinggi tingkat di neurological levelnya, semakin luas pula pengaruhnya pada bawah sadar.

If you ask me, HOW THEN I CAN CHANGE MY CURRENT PROGRAM SO I CAN WALK DIFFERENT PATHWAY, I would simply answer like this:

Find yourself as many inspirations as possible! Read books, talk to people who you feel inspiring, join seminars, join communities, share your new findings, etc.



Anda mungkin tidak akan tergerak oleh semua insprasi yang Anda temui, tapi akan ada beberapa yang akan menggerakan pikiran Anda dan membuat Anda untuk berkata "A-Ha! This is it!"

Gunakan momentum itu untuk SEGERA meluaskan awareness Anda akan hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan apa yang baru saja menyadarkan Anda.

NEW PATHWAYS WILL THEN START TO BE FEASIBLE.

Pintu-pintu akan terbuka dan jalan-jalan akan terbentang!



At the end, it's a CHOICE!

WE CHOOSE to walk on the ONLY PATHWAY we know, or CREATING MORE PATHWAYS for our selves and WALK THROUGH THE ONE WE REALLY WANT!

Rahasia 90/100

Apa Rahasia 90/10?

10% kehidupan dibuat oleh hal-hal yang terjadi terhadap kita.
90% kehidupan ditentukan oleh bagaimana kita bereaksi / memberi respon.


Apa artinya?
Kita sungguh-sungguh tidak dapat mengontrol 10% kejadian-kejadian yang
menimpa kita. Kita tidak dapat mencegah kerusakan mobil. Pesawat
mungkin terlambat, dan mengacaukan seluruh jadwal kita. Seorang supir
mungkin menyalip kita di tengah kemacetan lalu-lintas. Kita tidak
punya kontrol atas hal yang 10% ini.

Yang 90% lagi berbeda. Kita menentukan yang 90% !
Bagaimana? Dengan reaksi kita. Kita tidak dapat mengontrol lampu
merah, tapi dapat mengontrol reaksi kita. Jangan biarkan orang lain
mempermainkan kita, kita dapat mengendalikan
reaksi kita!

Mari lihat sebuah contoh.

Engkau sedang sarapan bersama keluarga. Adik perempuanmu menumpahkan secangkir kopi ke kemeja kerja mu. Engkau tidak dapat mengendalikan apa yang telah terjadi itu. Apa yang terjadi kemudian akan ditentukan oleh bagaimana engkau bereaksi. Engkau mengumpat. Engkau dengan kasar memarahi adik mu yang menumpahkan kopi. Dia menangis.

Setelah itu, engkau melihat ke istri mu, dan mengkritiknya karena telah menaruh cangkir kopi terlalu dekat dengan tepi meja. Pertempuran kata-kata singkat menyusul. Engkau naik pitam dan kemudian pergi mengganti kemeja. Setelah itu engkau kembali dan melihat adik perempuan mu sedang menghabiskan sarapan sambil menangis dan siap berangkat ke sekolah.

Dia ketinggalan bis sekolah. Istrimu harus segera berangkat kerja. Engkau segera menuju mobil dan mengantar adik mu ke sekolah. Karena engkau terlambat, engkau mengendarai mobil melewati batas
kecepatan maksimum. Setelah tertunda 15 menit karena harus membayar tilang, engkau tiba di sekolah. Adikmu berlari masuk. Engkau melanjutkan perjalanan, dan tiba di kantor terlambat 20 menit, dan engkau baru sadar, bahwa tas kerjamu tertinggal.

Hari-mu begitu buruk. Engkau ingin segera pulang. Ketika engkau pulang, engkau menemukan ada hambatan dalam hubungan dengan istri dan adikmu. Kenapa?

Karena reaksimu pagi tadi.

Kenapa hari mu buruk?
a) Karena secangkir kopi yang tumpah?
b) Kecerobohan adikmu?
c) Polisi yang menilang?
d) Karena dirimu sendiri?

Jawaban-nya adalah D.

Engkau tidak dapat mengendalikan tumpahnya kopi itu. Bagaimana reaksi-mu 5 detik kemudian itu, yang menyebabkan hari mu menjadi buruk.

Ini yang mungkin terjadi jika engkau bereaksi dengan cara yang berbeda. Kopi tumpah di kemejamu. Adikmu sudah siap menangis. Engkau dengan lembut berkata "Tidak apa-apa sayang, lain kali kamu lebih hati-hati ya".

Engkau pergi mengganti kemejamu dan dan tidak lupa mengambil tas kerjamu. Engkau kembali dan melihat adikmu sedang naik ke dalam bus sekolah. Istrimu menciummu sebelum engkau berangkat
kerja. Engkau tiba di kantor 5 menit lebih awal, dan dengan riang menyalami para karyawan. Atasanmu berkomentar tentang bagimana baiknya hari ini buat mu.

Lihat perbedaannya. Dua skenario yang berbeda. Keduanya dimulai dari
hal yang sama, tapi berakhir dengan berbeda. Kenapa? Karena REAKSI
kita. Sungguh kita tidak dapat mengontrol 10% hal-hal yang terjadi.
Tapi yang 90% lagi ditentukan oleh reaksi kita.

PAIN MANAGEMENT


Powerful Achievement of Hypnotherapy

Recently a hypnotherapist received a call from the wife of a friend he had not seen for more than two years. He knew that the friend had been treated surgically for cancer of the kidney, but he had heard that the operation had proved successful and all was well. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The wife asked the hypnotherapist if he would see the husband and try to relieve the intense pain which was being suffered.

The therapist requested medical authority to enter into the case and was advised that the situation was terminal, and that everything possible had been done -- any help in pain relief was more than welcome. The prognosis was for about six months of life. The situation was such that the patient could not visit the office, so the hypnotherapist offered to make a house call.

He had some concern about the hypnotizability of the patient, since hypnosis usually requires an
ability to focus attention as directed by the hypnotherapist in the fixation phase of the induction. It was possible that the sheer intensity of the pain was so great that diversion of attention from it would be difficult or impossible.

Anticipating that repeat visits would be difficult in view of the medical and family situations, the therapist made a tape dealing with relaxation, rest and pain reduction, taking it with him on the call. On arriving he learned that he was ill-prepared to face the situation confronting him. His friend was in bed, face contorted with agony, with a tube in the arm connected to a button which released morphine on demand. The morphine now provided minimal relief.

The Power Of The Mind

The hypnotherapist called the family into the room, together with the patient, to acquaint them with the plan and procedures. After the family was informed, members left and the therapist talked for some time with the patient,
discussing hypnosis the powers of the mind and pain. An induction was then begun, and while it was slow
going at the beginning, the patient did slip into a hypnotic trance and responded very well once relaxation was achieved. He was programmed for alleviation of pain, control of emotions, abilities to take nourishment and response to treatment. He was given a special cue to use for pain relief when discomfort became particularly
intense. He was given the tape and advised it paralleled the hypnotic session and would provide similar relief when used. On awakening the patient commented that he had not rested so well in months. In six weeks the patient died. At the funeral services the wife told the hypnotherapist the final six weeks had been bearable for both the patient and the family due to the tape. She commented that when pain became intense the patient would askfor the tape, and when it was begun the time required to move from deep pain to total relaxation was approximately thirty seconds. It was evident that the expectation of relief more than the content of
the tape was the effective element. Such is the power of the mind.

Applications and Techniques

Hypnotherapeutic methods for achieving pain relief are numerous. Effectiveness can vary and the choice may depend on the condition and personality of the patient. Suggestions may be direct or indirect, interspersal, or may utilize anaesthesia, guided imagery, hypnoanalysis or other procedures. As is so important in hypnosis, attitude is a major factor. It is important that the patient accept that relief is possible. Constant pain needs to be
approached on a different basis than interim pain. Constant pain is not to be relinquished completely
even for a few minutes, since it is identified with the life force. The patient likes to feel it is there, however reduced, even during periods of sleep. Physical pain is seldom constant. The therapist will determine if the
patient has experienced periods, however briefly, which were free of pain. If the patient claims the pain is constant, it is more likely to be psychological in origin and may indicate a constant pain syndrome. Treatment will likely involve the establishment of rapport with empathy and appreciation of the value of pain. Hypnotic regression
to the problem can lead to understanding and relief. A reasonable hypnotherapist usually will not work with physical pain without being in communication with an appropriate physician, for the simple reason that
pain is more of a symptom than a condition. Pain indicates that something is wrong, somewhere, and that is true whether the pain is physical or mental. It would be the height of folly to treat a migraine headache only to have it turn out to have been a brain cancer. It is important to remember that some patients value their pains
highly, just as a hypochondriac can be said to "enjoy poor health". Through hypnosis patients frequently can be shown that they can control their pains, and being able to do so they also can diminish pain to tolerable levels or turn it off completely at will.
Seemingly endless periods of tests which prove in-conclusive, often accompanied by conflicting diagnoses, can instill levels of fear which may be dealt with through hypnotherapy. Guilt, anger or other emotional problems often enter into the picture when accidents are involved as source conditions. Negative attitudes must be dealt with, and again the capability of hypnosis to modify trends of thought becomes important. In difficult cases the power to cope can be programmed into the patient's mind, possible together with cues to make the process
more or less automatic. In dealing with pain situations, teaching the patient the use of self-hypnosis techniques can be highly beneficial, reinforcing th programming that has been done in the case.

Dentistry to relieve conscious and unconscious fears, reduce discomfort, allergic reactions to drugs and to bring an all around sense of calm to the patient for the dentist. Because of this you can also expect rapid healing and often times complete control of blood flow. You can imagine the benefits already!

Medical Professionals now recognize how powerful hypnosis is to help reduce or eliminate pain. From Burn Units to Cancer Wards, hypnosis is being used succesfully around the world to alleviate pain.

Smile...you are on candid camera !

During lunch today, I had come across a topic on "Burnout by
overwhelming workload".

This triggers me to think of something that I learned many years back.

It goes like this :
If you feel sad........... Smile
If you feel angry ........ Smile
If you feel like crying... Smile
If you feel deprived...... Start giving
If you feel helpless...... Start helping others
If you feel empty ........ Start sharing
If you feel busy ..........Start to work more

...And the list goes on.

(Before I continue, you are encouraged to send this to you friends who are stressed up because of their jobs)

The gist of this little "Mantra" shows one thing ==>
Our emotions rule our mind, not the environment.

As for the first 3 "IFs"...Making yourself to smile improves your mood, because the state is anchored to the physiology, in the same way as putting on a uniform or costume changes how you feel, and once your emotions change, your perception will change too!

Linking back to workplace...

When you feel pressuried, take a deep breath and say "I am in control". Feel the "Control" vibrating in your body.

When you feel like bursting (or cursing)...Smile ! or even laugh...
(This is exceptionally useful as I have tried numerous times and it works!)

Here comes the ultimate challeng :
When you feel like overworked, underpaid or being exploited, try to solve the source of problem. If it can't be solved, then

"Ignore the problem - the source, and the person irritaing you"

Be clear of this : When you focus on bigger challenges, small irritation (and parasite) will dissolve away due to your courage.

Look at the things can make you smile or even laugh !

Work harder (smarter )and more importantly, happier, you will survive and emerge stronger.

Another tips for sales hypnotism

As more and more of the sales personnel learning "Advanced Selling
Techniques", consumers are more proned to get "hooked" by their sales
techniques, ending up normally with these 2 scenarios :

a. Buying a S$1 worth item which you need, at a cost of S$2
b. Buying a S$2 worth item which you DON'T need, at a cost of S$1.

To avoid these frustartion, we should be aware of some of the sales
tecniques. (Some coined it as NLP, but actually all these are
techniques applying hypnosis)

The most common techniques used by sales people, is something like this:

Example 1 :
Sales person: "GREAT!, so DO you want the blue OR the red one ?"
Example 2 :
Sales person : "GREAT ! so DO you wish to pay by cash, nets OR visa?"
Example 3 :
Sales person : "GREAT ! so DO you wish us to deliver YOUR product to
you on weekdays OR weekends ??"

The above examples are sample of how words are being played to
manupulate people feelings, and affecting their decisions.

Firstly, the word "GREAT" has already put someone in a receptive mood.
Since young, we craved for recognition, and when our parents praised us,
we felt great didn't we ? "GREAT" is a word of priase and recognition. It
immediately put you to "good mood".
Next comes the killer : the word "DO" and "OR"

Everyone likes to have control over things : These two words give you
the sense of control as if you are having the decision power.
You are asked formally and are "given" a choice. These will
normally "seal the sales".

In conclusion :
In future, when you come across any one who give you a "choice" of
their product, remember to use the technique I described on the
previous mail - "take some time to consider and leave the place soon ( beacuse
the place is filled with the vibes calling you to buy...I will talk more on
vibes some other time.)

Beware of the Sales Hypnotism!!

Hi Friends :

With the season's mood lingering around the corners, most of us will
be busy buying things for friends, colleagues,relatives,loved ones
and some even to strangers.

It is good to share and multiply the joy to people around us, but please BEWARE
of a phenomenon known as "Sales Hypnotism".

The sales hypnotism usually strikes when people are FEELING happy and
BEING generous. Many of us will end up spending more money than we
should and many of us will be an easy prey for the salesman using
hypnotic selling skills on you !

(Remember the atmosphere you were experiencing when your were at a
MLM recruitment seminar, do you still remember seeing people reaching
out their wallet and pay for the products...)

This is a classic example of Sales Hypnotism at work :)

As this may take some time and lengthly expalnation to explain the
full picture, I will not spoil your festival mood, I will just
PROVIDE you the SOLUTION for preventing yourself from being a victim
of Sales Hypnotism

Here it is :

SUGGEST this to yourself : Whenever I want to buy something, I will
get at least 2 approval from others.

So, subsequently, when you need to buy something, you will NOT make
any IMMEDIATE decison to pay, you will have to "ASK" for approval -
somewhere and someone at home ==> so you allow yourself to get away
from the Hypnotic scene and "save" yourself from action of sudden
impluse (under the influence of the Sales Hypnotism)

Remote Influence

Today, let me share something regarding "Remote Influence - R.I.".

R.I. is a powerful act of your mind power, It is subtle and yet as efficient as laser. - It works !

By having R.I., people around you, especially people you are closed affiliated or related to will be able to read your mind and follow your wish.

Have you ever had a strong urge to do something sometimes ? It MAY be a R.I. at work by others or your mind is seeking and reaching out for signal !!

I have an incident to demonstarte the R.I. - Here it is :


Gift exchange is common among friends and lovers during this day of friendship and love.

I had mine too, with my wife. The interesting thing is, I got what I wanted ! (Nothing great you may think, but please, read on !)

You see, a few days ago, I was thinking to have a new wallet and a bag. But due to the heavy schedule I had, I did not manage to find time for shopping.

Yesterday night, when we exchange the gifts, I was amazingly shocked to recieve a bag and a wallet !

What is interesting is that the bag is exactly the same as what I had in mind a few days back!!!

I was sure that I did not tell my wife regarding both the wallet and the bag I wanted.

So, after thanking her, I asked what made she chose these gifts ?

She couldn't answer why as she said that she fell in love at the first sight of the bag and the wallet.

So, this is what I mean by "Remote influence".

Do Affirmations Work?

Good Friday Morning !!

Yesterday, I had a discussion with my friends on this topic "DO Affirmation Work ?"

Me and my friends have different views : 3 of them

a. Yes, it works
b. No, it doesn't
c. Maybe, hopefully...

Your choice ? (Make a guess, what is my choice ?)

There are many books, tapes, VCDs, DVDs and seminars talking happily about Self affirmations and talks

We have seen people using affirmation often, consciously (At MLM, insurance and property recruitment talks, drunkards in front of the mirror and many sales professionals before they set off their day of prosepcting) and unconsciously (through the society and self.)

And the results vary...

WHY ??????

By the way, my answer is "c"- it varies. And my explaination worths S$1 million. here it is :

" It only works if your subconscious agrees to it!"

Got it ?

Your next question will be " How should we get our affirmation to our Subconscious Mind."

Two ways, by using emotions and through hypnosis.

IT'S AMAZING WHAT YOUR MIND CAN DO!!!

Sabtu kemarin saya bersama istri saya menemani anak saya, Shenka, berusia 2.5 tahun, ke dokter untuk disuntik imunisasi.
Ada hal yang luar biasa terjadi. Untuk pertama kalinya, Shenka tertawa cekikikan saat di suntik! Saya ulangi, TERTAWA!

Saya dan istri saya pandang2an dan ikut tertawa, sementara sang dokter dan perawat yang ada di situ pun ikut tercengang!

In fact, that’s the first time ever, I see a child laughing in those kinds of situations!

Sekitar 6 bulan lalu, Shenka masih menangis disuntik. Bahkan pada saat bertemu dokternya pun dia meronta ingin pulang.
Kalau mundur 1 tahun lalu, melihat orang berpakaian putih pun dia agak freak out!
Karena merupakan seorang praktisi ‘kekuatan pikiran’, saya coba menelusuri ‘strategi’ yang menarik ini!

Saya coba mundur kembali beberapa menit sebelum masuk ke ruangan dokter.
Saat menunggu giliran, yang memang sampai hampir 2 jam, saya berulang kali ‘mengajarkannya’ untuk mengatakan kepada dokter “wah, kok lama, dokter? Shenka sudah tidak sabar nih!”
Dia pun dengan enjoy mengulanginya sambil ‘seolah-olah’ protes dan tertawa geli.

Saya bermaksud ingin menginterupsi berbagai kemungkinan pemicu ketakutan lamanya, apalagi penuh dengan anak-anak yang menangis. Di NLP disebutnya sebagai ‘pattern interrupt”.

Dan saat masuk ruangan dokter, dia memang mengucapkan ini, sambil tersenyum.
Mendengar dia mengucapkan ini pun, dokter kaget sambil tertawa dan menyambutnya dengan ajakan salaman.
Gesture ini dan suasana ini rupanya membuatnya langsung ‘in’.

Bahkan pada saat dokter memeriksanya dengan stetoskop (yang dulunya sangat intimidating baginya), saya mengiringi sambil ‘memancing’ bahwa itu seperti kelitikan, dan dia sempat beberapa kali tertawa geli! Kalau dulu dia harus dibaringkan dan dipegang tangan dan kakinya seperti seorang anak bandel yang mau dihukum, sekarang, saya minta dokter melakukannya sambil dia di pangkuan saya.

Sambil dia memeluk saya, dia sama sekali tidak terlihat takut melihat dokter dan perawat siap menyuntiknya.
Bahkan saat dokter memasukan jarum suntiknya, dia melihat proses itu dari jarum masuk sampai jarum keluar!
Sesaat setelah jarum keluar itulah dia tertawa! Saya kira, yang dirasakannya adalah geli, bukan sakit.


Lalu, saya mundur lagi beberapa bulan lalu.

Istri saya pernah membelikannya berbagai program computer, termasuk di antaranya adalah mengenai rumah sakit.
Saya memang pernah perhatikan bahwa salah satu favoritnya adalah program mengenai rumah sakit!
Dimana dia bercanda dengan mamanya dan susternya, mengenai dokter, pasien, sampai soal suntik2an.

This, I know, somehow had re-programmed her mind about doctors and hospitals!
PERUBAHAN ‘pikiran’-nya mengenai rumah sakit pun sudah tampak dari sikapnya sepanjang jalan kami ke rumah sakit.
Dia bernyanyi girang dan terus-menerus tertawa!
Ditambah dengan berbagai afirmasi positif dari saya dan istri saya, maka REALITA-nya mengenai rumah sakit pun berbeda!


Inti dari sharing saya ini, adalah: begitu asosiasi tentang sesuatu berubah, sikap kita pun berubah.
You see, setiap hari kita dijejali berbagai asosiasi tentang sesuatu.
Banyak yang kita percayai benar dan kita jalani, tanpa sama sekali peduli bahwa itu sebenarnya malah tidak berguna bagi kita.

Saya bahkan sering mendengar orang tua ‘mengancam’ anaknya dengan ucapan seperti ‘kalau nggak makan nanti disuntik dokter lho!’.

Toh mereka yang menginstall program dan asosiasi seperti ini?


Pikiran manusia bisa dijejali dengan berbagai program-program berguna, asalkan kita mau!

Saya pernah menyaksikan seorang psikolog (mohon maaf, lupa namanya) di Amerika (bukan penganut NLP) mengobati seorang yang phobia dengan laba-laba, hanya dengan membuat serangkaian program perubahan asosiasi. Salah satunya yang cukup menarik adalah ia memberikan tugas kepada kliennya tersebut membuat ‘scrap book’ dari gambar kartun laba-laba ciptaan sendiri yang lucu-lucu. Saya ingat melihat laba-labanya diberi pita pink, baju polka dot, dll. Dalam waktu 2 minggu, dia berani memegang seekor tarantula raksasa hidup di tangannya dan mengelusnya! Amazing, isn’t it?



Dan, untuk Shenka, sebagai ‘ANCHOR’, saat keluar dari pintu ruangan dokter, saya memberikan afirmasi “Dokternya baik yach?” Dan saat dia mengucapkan sendiri dari mulutnya “Dokternya BAIK!”, saya tahu, bahwa untuk kembali lagi ke sana, she will be fine! Untuk memperkuatnya, atau ‘menumupuk’ afirmasi-nya, sepanjang jalan sampai di rumah pun saya terus mengajaknya bicara betapa dokternya baik dan suntiknya geli.
